Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

We offer shipping to the United States

Standard Shipping

      • Within the United States:

        • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.

Shipping Carriers: Your orders will typically be delivered by USPS. In the case of large orders with heavy items, we will use UPS.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are beyond our control.

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your registered email or text message. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Shipping Addresses
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery to Multiple Addresses: We cannot deliver a single order to multiple addresses. Please split your order into smaller, separate orders corresponding to each address.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes: Yes, we offer shipping service to PO Boxes.
  • Delivery to Military APO/FPO Addresses: Currently, we do not support shipping to military APO/FPO addresses.
Important Policies
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
